Some situations call for a concentrated approach. It’s a way for individuals and couples to accomplish more in a shorter time frame. When a crisis has disrupted a relationship or when years of unresolved patterns need concentrated attention, an intensive format offers in-depth, momentum, and accelerated progress.
Debra Kaplan offers personalized intensives for individuals and couples dealing with sex addiction, financial betrayal, trauma, and the complex ways these issues intersect in relationships.
What an intensive involves
Intensives are structured multi-hour sessions conducted over one or more days. They are designed in collaboration with each client based on presenting issues, goals, and availability. Formats vary — some clients come for a single concentrated day, others for a multi-day experience. All intensives include pre-session preparation and post-session follow-up recommendations.
